Endurance training early in the morning, a quick workout over lunch or weights after work – the extended opening hours mean that you can train at David Gym 48 almost around the clock. What’s more, as a Baslerpark tenant, you and your employees benefit from a discounted fitness subscription rate.

KEEP FIT AND STAY HEALTHY

At David Gym 48, you train strength and endurance on modern exercise machines or on the MILON strength-endurance circuit. There’s also a free weights area with plate loaded equipment and a small space for functional training and stretching.

 

CARDIO TRAINING

Endurance training stimulates the circulation, makes you feel better and helps you achieve more. With specific cardiovascular training you tire less easily and feel fitter overall.

You can train at David Gym 48 Mondays to Fridays from 05:00 to 01:00.
The Fitness Center is open until 22:00 at weekends.
