Baslerpark offers its tenants more than just space for their business activities. For example, a concierge desk is available for a wide range of services. Light-flooded courtyards create a pleasant atmosphere. Airy staircases, large elevators, modern sanitary facilities, 140 parking spaces in the underground garage, a fitness center, a walkable roof terrace – everything is there to make everyday working life pleasant.

 

OFFICE FACILITIES AT THE BASLERPARK – FOR THOSE IN SEARCH OF SPACE

The Baslerpark boasts approx. 4,000 m² of utilizable space per storey, equating to around 24,000 m² in total. Given a typical office layout, there is space for approx. 250 workspaces on each floor. Free office space is available in a range of layouts, with the tenant determining the extent to which the space is developed. We will be happy to draw up a layout plan for you so that you can check the space efficiency.

COWORKING WITH OFFICE LAB – THE NEW WORKING WORLD

Working alongside each other, yet not necessarily together: an increasing number of individuals, teams and small enterprises are seeing the benefits of this new working model. You share your working space with other people. You work for yourself, but can exchange ideas others if required, and perhaps occasionally even collaborate together. Office LAB is now facilitating precisely this concept in the optimum environment of the Baslerpark.

CONCIERGE DESK – THE DIVERSE SERVICE PROVIDER

This is just one of the reasons why tenants feel so at home at the Baslerpark. The Concierge Desk offers a host of services, organizing and arranging whatever you need. Be it receiving visitors, reserving meeting rooms, a hotel booking or flight ticket, or even a car wash, dry cleaning or flowers for your loved one: they’re just a call away.
